How do I place a customized wig order?
Choose customized-wig service from drop-down menu. Choose your closure and frontal preference, then select ‘Yes’ to make into your own design. After you make your selections, be sure to add to cart along with bundle quantities and lengths.

No, we do not offer install services at this time, but I can refer you to a professional.
How can I maintain my wig?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The current turnaround time for customized wigs and hair bundles are 7-14 business days. For wig revamps, $25 is due at booking then the remainder in 2-3 business days when the wig is complete.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping which includes a $12 shipping fee. Contact us for more information.
What’s your return policy?
Orders may receive a full refund upon return and 15 days from purchase date. Please contact us and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
